Since its inception in 2015, iD Mobile has prioritised customer needs with innovative features like free Data Rollover and extensive roaming in 50 destinations, making mobile plans more flexible and affordable. Now, marking its 10th anniversary, iD Mobile is enhancing its customer commitment with the introduction of iD Perks, a loyalty platform providing access to special offers and discounts from popular brands.

Over the past ten years, iD Mobile has grown to serve over 2.1 million customers, with a significant number remaining loyal since the beginning. The network has consistently introduced customer-centric features and flexible plans.

As part of its 10th anniversary celebrations, iD Mobile is launching iD Perks to reward both long-standing and new customers. Accessible through the iD Mobile app and website, this platform will feature hundreds of deals and discounts from leading brands such as Booking.com, The AA, Morrisons, and Disney. Additionally, customers can expect special iD Mobile anniversary offers, including discounts on select purchases and bonus perks.
Unlike typical rewards schemes that are often exclusive to major networks and tied to single retailers, iD Perks offers a wider array of value. It provides discounts and perks across a diverse range of high street brands, giving customers greater choice in how they benefit.
