For years, XGIMI has helped people see differently—turning blank walls into cinematic canvases and light into immersive experiences. Now, the company is setting its sights beyond projection and into the world itself. At CES 2026, XGIMI officially introduced MemoMind, a brand-new AI hardware label dedicated to intelligent eyewear, debuting with its first range of customizable AI glasses.
Developed through XGIMI’s strategic incubation program, MemoMind represents the company’s first major move beyond projectors. It carries forward XGIMI’s well-established strengths in optical engineering and industrial design, applying them to one of the fastest-growing categories in consumer tech: AI wearables. Rather than chasing novelty, MemoMind takes a restrained, human-first approach—creating AI glasses that feel natural, wearable, and genuinely useful in everyday life.
Unlike many AI wearables that can feel intrusive or experimental, MemoMind is designed to fade into the background. The first-generation lineup focuses on the fundamentals that matter most: all-day comfort, intuitive interaction, and AI that supports users quietly—only stepping in when it’s truly needed.
By combining ultralight construction, adaptive intelligence, and high-clarity air-display visuals, MemoMind redefines what AI glasses can be. These aren’t devices you manage—they’re companions you think with.

Designed for Personalisation, Built for Everyday Wear
Customisation sits at the heart of MemoMind’s design philosophy. The AI glasses are among the most modular offerings in the category, with eight frame styles and five interchangeable temple designs, alongside full prescription-lens support. This approach allows users to tailor their glasses to their personal style, daily routines, and visual needs—making MemoMind feel no different from the eyewear they already wear every day.
Comfort is treated as a non-negotiable. The Memo Air Display weighs just 28.9 grams, positioning it as one of the lightest AI glasses currently available. Engineered for all-day use, the glasses are supported by a full-day battery, with a compact charging case that extends usage to up to a full week. The result is AI assistance that’s always available, without constant charging anxiety or friction.
Three Product Lines, One Everyday-First Vision
At launch, MemoMind introduces three product series, each striking a different balance between display capability and wearability—while sharing a unified focus on comfort, simplicity, and ease of use.
-
Memo One
The most feature-rich model in the lineup, Memo One integrates built-in speakers with a dual-eye display, enabling both visual and audio-based AI interactions. It’s designed for users who want a comprehensive AI experience in a fully customizable pair of display glasses. -
Memo Air Display
Designed with minimalism in mind, Memo Air Display uses a single-eye (monocular) display to deliver essential information while maintaining the look, balance, and feel of traditional eyewear. Fully customizable across frames and temples, it’s ideal for users who want subtle intelligence without visual overload.
MemoMind has also confirmed that a third model is currently in development. Designed to feel even closer to standard glasses, this upcoming variant will be revealed at a later date.
AI That Stays Out of the Way
Under the hood, MemoMind glasses run on a multi-LLM hybrid operating system that dynamically selects the most appropriate AI model for each task. Supported platforms include OpenAI, Azure, and Qwen, allowing the system to optimise performance based on context and complexity.
Core features—such as real-time translation, summarisation, note-taking, reminders, and contextual guidance—operate quietly in the background. Interactions are intentionally brief and relevant, ensuring the AI enhances focus rather than competing for attention.
Built on XGIMI’s Optical Expertise
With more than a decade of experience in optics and industrial design, XGIMI brings a distinct advantage to the AI glasses space. MemoMind delivers clear, stable air-display visuals that adapt seamlessly to ambient light and user movement. Refined proportions, ultralight materials, and thoughtful engineering help avoid the bulky, tech-heavy appearance common in many AI wearables.
The result is AI eyewear that feels natural—designed for everyday thinking rather than constant interaction.
“Why choose AI glasses?” said Apollo Zhong, XGIMI Founder and lead investor of MemoMind. “Glasses are the most natural, lowest-friction form factor for intelligence. They fit into people’s lives without requiring new habits. We didn’t choose AI glasses—this is simply the form that makes the most sense for delivering real, everyday intelligence.”
Availability and Pricing
MemoMind AI Glasses will be showcased at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, running from 5th January to 9th January 2026. Preorders are expected to open soon, with Memo One anticipated to launch at around $599, followed by additional models at later dates.
