MOVA has officially announced the launch of its MOVA 60V Intelligent Cordless Garden Tools Series, a next-generation lineup of high-performance outdoor equipment built around a unified, software-driven platform. Rather than focusing solely on raw motor power, the new range introduces an intelligent system architecture that integrates power delivery, sensors, software, and connectivity across every tool in the lineup.
At the heart of the system is a single, interchangeable 60V battery, shared across all tools. However, MOVA is keen to stress that the intelligence of the platform goes far beyond the battery itself. The real innovation lies in the platform-level software, adaptive control systems, and connected features that allow each tool to dynamically respond to real-world conditions.

Designed for homeowners and semi-professional users who want petrol-level performance without fumes, excessive noise, or ongoing maintenance, the MOVA 60V series includes a self-propelled lawn mower, a high-velocity leaf blower, a premium dual-line grass trimmer, a professional hedge trimmer, and a powerful chainsaw. Each tool is engineered to perform independently, but together they form a cohesive, upgradeable yard-care ecosystem.
The full MOVA 60V Intelligent Cordless Garden Tools Series will be showcased at CES at the NexLawn booth (Venetian Expo Halls A–D, Booth #51971), where visitors will be able to see the platform and its specifications in action.
An Intelligent Platform That Redefines Traditional Garden Tools
For decades, outdoor power tools have been defined by brute force: louder engines, bigger motors, and minimal intelligence. MOVA is attempting to break that cycle with a software-first platform that embeds intelligence directly into every tool.
By integrating sensors, adaptive power control, and system-wide logic, each product in the 60V lineup can adjust performance in real time based on load, operating conditions, and user input. Instead of fixed output levels, tools dynamically scale power where it’s needed, improving efficiency, consistency, and control.
At a broader level, the 60V platform unifies power, software, and connectivity across the entire ecosystem. Every tool shares the same battery standard and intelligence framework, creating a foundation that supports long-term upgrades. Built-in IoT connectivity enables over-the-air (OTA) updates, allowing MOVA to refine performance, stability, and system features long after purchase.
The result is a garden tool ecosystem that behaves less like a collection of standalone machines and more like a connected, evolving platform.
One Battery, Total Garden Freedom: The 60V EnerMax Power System
Powering the entire lineup is MOVA’s 60V EnerMax battery, designed to deliver the torque, runtime, and responsiveness traditionally associated with petrol-powered equipment. Users can move the same battery between tools in seconds, reducing downtime and eliminating the need to invest in multiple power systems.
Beyond convenience, the shared battery platform enables advanced power management and significantly lower maintenance compared to petrol alternatives. There’s no fuel mixing, no spark plugs, and no engine servicing—just fast, clean, cordless operation.
MOVA claims the EnerMax battery can recharge in as little as 30 minutes, making it practical even for longer yard-care sessions where multiple tools are in use. Combined with the intelligent control systems built into each product, the battery becomes part of a smarter, quieter, and more sustainable approach to modern landscaping.
The MOVA 60V Intelligent Cordless Lineup
Self-Propelled Lawn Mower — GL620

Designed for medium-to-large lawns, the GL620 self-propelled mower is built around MOVA’s PaceMate adaptive drive system. Using dual in-wheel motors, the mower automatically matches the user’s walking speed, removing the effort typically associated with pushing heavier cordless or petrol mowers.
The mower features a 3-in-1 cutting deck that supports mulching, bagging, and side discharge. Cutting power comes from a high-torque outer-rotor motor, while MOVA’s TurboFlow airflow system ensures strong suction and consistent grass collection across varying conditions.
Aimed at homeowners who want premium performance—and semi-professional users who benefit from assisted operation—the GL620 delivers petrol-level cutting strength with noticeably lower noise, smoother operation, and improved comfort during longer mowing sessions.
High-Performance Leaf Blower — GB628

The GB628 leaf blower brings professional airflow performance to a cordless platform. Powered by MOVA’s TurboJetX high-efficiency airflow system, it delivers up to 1000 CFM and airspeeds of 200 MPH, making it capable of clearing wet leaves, gravel, and heavy debris.
Despite its power, the GB628 operates with far less noise and zero exhaust fumes compared to petrol alternatives. An advanced anti-static ionization system helps reduce static buildup, loosening dry debris and snow to improve clearing efficiency in colder conditions.
Multiple interchangeable nozzles allow users to tailor airflow for driveways, patios, vehicles, or dense debris zones. A built-in smart display, paired with the companion app, provides real-time performance data, usage guidance, and system diagnostics.
Premium Grass Trimmer — GT616TC

The GT616TC grass trimmer is engineered for precision trimming and clean edging, featuring MOVA’s centrally mounted EquiDrive motor and a wide 16-inch dual-line cutting path.
By positioning the motor centrally, MOVA has shifted how weight is distributed during operation. Rather than feeling front-heavy, the trimmer remains balanced in motion, reducing strain during longer trimming sessions.
A lightweight telescopic shaft and carbon-fibre handle provide a strong yet comfortable grip, while the low-vibration design helps minimise fatigue. With IPX4 weather resistance, a fully washable cutting head, and long runtime from the included 2.5Ah battery, the GT616TC delivers consistent cutting power through dense grass in a wide range of conditions.
Pro-Grade Chainsaw — GC618

The GC618 chainsaw targets homeowners who want serious cutting performance without the drawbacks of petrol equipment. It features an 18-inch bar and a high-output motor capable of driving the chain at speeds of up to 26 m/s, making it suitable for firewood preparation, storm cleanup, pruning, and demanding yard tasks.
Rather than using a fixed oil flow, the GC618 employs Adaptive OilPulse automatic lubrication, dynamically adjusting oil delivery based on cutting load and wood density. This helps stabilise performance while reducing waste.
Digital speed control provides real-time feedback, allowing users to make quick adjustments during operation. With robust construction and IPX4 weather resistance, the GC618 is designed for reliable year-round use in a compact cordless form factor.
Hedge Trimmer — GH625

The GH625 hedge trimmer combines professional cutting performance with cordless convenience. A high-efficiency brushless motor drives a 25-inch dual-action blade, capable of slicing through branches up to 1-3/8 inches thick.
MOVA’s EvenTrim angle-sensing technology helps maintain consistent cutting alignment while reducing user fatigue. A two-speed smart control system allows quick switching between precision shaping and high-power trimming modes.
The rotatable ergonomic handle improves control when working on vertical hedges, overhead sections, or awkward angles. With low vibration and smooth handling, the GH625 is designed for extended trimming sessions without compromising comfort.
