NexLawn, a premium outdoor robotics brand under the MOVA Group, has officially introduced the NAVIA 6000 AWD, a high-performance robotic mower designed for homeowners with expansive and demanding outdoor spaces. Engineered to handle lawns of up to 1.5 acres, the NAVIA 6000 AWD positions itself firmly in the professional-grade category, combining advanced navigation, all-terrain capability, and precision cutting into a single, wire-free solution.
The NAVIA 6000 AWD expands NexLawn’s rapidly growing portfolio, sitting alongside the VIDAR and VIDAR AWD Series, while also showcasing the company’s broader vision for intelligent, multifunctional yard robotics.
A Glimpse of the Future at CES
At CES, NexLawn is not only showcasing its current robotic mower lineup but also offering a preview of what’s next. On display at the NexLawn booth (Venetian Expo Halls A-D, Booth #51971) is the Master X Concept, a forward-looking mower equipped with versatile robotic arms capable of performing multiple yard tasks. These include clearing debris, trimming edges, holding garden tools, and even harvesting fruit—an ambitious glimpse into a future where robotic mowers evolve into fully autonomous yard assistants.
NAVIA 6000 AWD: Built for Scale, Precision, and Complexity
NexNav Triple-Sensor Navigation: Centimetre-Level Accuracy Without Wires
At the core of the NAVIA 6000 AWD is NexNav, NexLawn’s unified navigation platform that combines NRTK positioning, AI-powered stereo vision, and high-precision 360° LiDAR. This multi-sensor fusion system delivers centimetre-level accuracy across large, sloped, and multi-zone properties—without the need for boundary wires or external RTK base stations.
NAVIA continuously reads lawn edges, interprets micro-terrain variations, and identifies more than 300 types of obstacles in real time, allowing it to maintain stable operation and consistent cutting performance even in challenging environments. Whether navigating tree-lined yards, uneven ground, or complex layouts, the mower stays aware, precise, and focused on delivering a clean finish.
NexDrive AWD Propulsion: All-Terrain Confidence
To match its advanced navigation system, the NAVIA 6000 AWD is equipped with NexDrive 4WD propulsion. Four independently driven hub motors deliver torque to an all-terrain wheelset, while an integrated air suspension system balances the load across uneven surfaces.
This setup allows the mower to dynamically compensate for traction loss, inclines, and surface irregularities in milliseconds. As a result, NAVIA can:
-
Climb slopes of up to 80%
-
Roll over obstacles up to 2.4 inches high
-
Maintain stable heading even on wet or inconsistent terrain
Despite its power, efficiency remains a priority. NAVIA can cover up to 0.9 acres per day, operating on a 90–120 minute charge, making it well-suited for large properties with minimal downtime.
Exceptional Cutting Performance Without Compromise
NAVIA’s cutting system is driven by a 36V high-voltage architecture powering a 15.8-inch dual-plate floating disc module with six blades. This wide cutting deck significantly increases pass efficiency, reducing the number of mowing cycles required for large lawns.
The floating disc design maintains consistent blade contact and airflow across uneven surfaces, varying grass densities, and thick growth. Whether dealing with seasonal surges or mixed turf types, NAVIA delivers uniform results across the entire lawn.
NexTrim: True Edge-to-Edge Coverage
One of NAVIA’s standout features is NexTrim, a precision edge-cutting mechanism that physically extends the dual cutting discs outward during boundary passes. This allows the blades to reach the very edge of the mower’s wheelbase, trimming to within 1.2 inches of borders, walls, and pathways—far closer than conventional fixed-disc robotic mowers.

Combined with an electronic cutting height adjustment range of 1.2 to 3.9 inches, NAVIA produces clean, sharp edges across a wide range of grass types, including ryegrass, Bermuda, tall fescue, and more. The result is a perimeter finish that typically requires manual trimming with traditional setups.
Intelligent Yard Care for Every Lawn
NAVIA is designed to adapt to virtually any yard layout, offering both full-property coverage and targeted zone mowing. Its intelligent automation suite continuously optimises performance in real time:
-
Intelligent Mowing Plan adjusts cutting paths based on grass height and growth patterns
-
Intelligent Zone Management customises mowing behaviour for priority areas, no-go zones, and seasonal requirements
-
Rainfall Detection automatically pauses mowing and returns the mower to shelter, protecting both turf health and hardware
-
Animal-Friendly Safety System instantly stops the blades when movement is detected, safeguarding pets and wildlife
-
Smart Obstacle Avoidance uses LiDAR, binocular vision, and sensor fusion to smoothly navigate around toys, tools, decorations, and unexpected objects
Together, these features allow NAVIA to operate with a level of awareness and refinement that goes well beyond basic robotic mowing.
Designed for Demanding Properties

“NAVIA 6000 AWD is designed for homeowners with challenging, expansive properties who want professional-grade results without the hassle,” said Jian Li, Chief Product Officer of NexLawn. “With NexNav positioning and a robust 4WD chassis, NAVIA handles the environments where traditional robotic mowers fail—steep slopes, tough turf, tree-lined areas, and large multi-zone layouts.”
The NexLawn 2026 Robotic Mower Line-Up
Alongside NAVIA 6000 AWD, NexLawn is also showcasing the US versions of its VIDAR lineup at CES 2026.
VIDAR 3200 AWD
Optimised for lawns under 0.8 acres, the VIDAR 3200 AWD delivers high-end performance in a more compact footprint. Powered by NexDetect, which fuses 360° 3D LiDAR with AI stereo vision, it offers wire-free, antenna-free mapping and real-time obstacle detection.
Its NexDrive 4WD system confidently handles slopes, bumps, and slippery terrain, while the 15.8-inch auto-floating dual-disc cutting deck—shared with NAVIA—ensures consistent results. A 36V high-voltage platform (243Wh output) and NexTrim edge trimming round out a package designed for precision with minimal touch-up.
VIDAR 800
The VIDAR 800 brings NexLawn’s advanced robotic mowing technology to a broader audience. Designed for medium to large lawns, it uses NexDetect navigation to map yards in 3D and detect over 300 obstacles.
A 7.9-inch auto-floating cutting disc paired with NexTrim ensures clean finishes, while dual rear hub motors allow the mower to tackle 50% (26.5°) slopes. Durable off-road wheels handle bumps up to 1.6 inches without damaging the turf, making it a capable and efficient all-rounder.
Master X Concept: Beyond Mowing
The Master X Concept represents NexLawn’s most ambitious vision yet. Built on a rugged 9.8-inch-high AWD chassis, it features a fully retractable robotic arm that folds down to 17.5 inches and extends up to 30 inches, with a total reach of nearly 39.4 inches.

With interchangeable end-effectors—including a multi-gripper, trimmer head, and edging disc—Master X can clear yard clutter, remove weeds, harvest small fruits, trim edges, and even interact safely with pets. It can also operate tools such as a watering kettle, using tightly coordinated control between the chassis and arm to maintain a steady pouring angle.
More than just a concept, Master X hints at a future where robotic mowers evolve into truly multifunctional outdoor companions.
