Today Huawei announced the new Huawei Watch GT 3 series the two case sizes: 46 mm (Active, Classic and Elite) and 42 mm (Active and Elite), powered by HarmonyOS 2.1, alongside new watch ambassador Sir Mo Farah.<\/p>\n

Mo is the most successful British track athlete in modern Olympic Games history and the current world record holder for the 1-hour run.<\/p>\n

The brand-new HUAWEI WATCH GT 3 marks another breakthrough in health monitoring and scientific training. It is designed to make life easier and more convenient for consumers, as well as help them to achieve fitness goals using scientific data. Among the advantages of the Huawei Watch GT 3, the manufacturer mentions a long working time and a number of functions to monitor health and physical activity. The smartwatch supports as many as\u00a0100 sports modes, including 19 professional disciplines, 12 types of outdoor activities and 7 indoor workouts. The device records key data such as the duration of the training, calories burned, heart rate, exercise progress\u00a0or recovery time.<\/p>\n

The AI Running Coach combines scientific consideration and user experience to deliver a dynamically customized week by week plan. It analyses athletic performance and the body\u2019s feedback to automatically adjust the next week\u2019s training plan. Huawei’s new running ability measurement, Running Ability Index (RAI), uses historical running heart rate, pace, and other data to analyse the running performance after each training, which is convenient for users to understand the training progress and witness their improvements.<\/p>\n

The new Healthy Living Clover has added many small features to better fit users\u2019 daily health needs.
