Here is the review of the Oppo A9 20920 priced at £219 available from EE, Carphone Warehouse and Oppo.

Design
Just like other OPPO devices, A9 2020 also uses polycarbonate plastic material for the back. By finishing glass, OPPO makes the back has two colour gradations. The unit that we got had was called Space Purple. The build itself feels sturdy when I hold it and doesn’t feel slippery.

The front screen of the OPPO A9 2020 uses a Waterdrop bangs model. By using an IPS screen, of course, this smartphone does not have an in-display fingerprint and places the scanner on the back of the A9 2020. As usual, the screen is protected with a scratch-resistant coating directly from the manufacturer.

OPPO A9 2020 uses a mainstream chipset that is currently quite widely used by smartphone manufacturers, namely Snapdragon 665. Snapdragon 665 itself uses two core Cortex A73-based Snapdragon Kryo 260 which is fast in running the Android operating system.

By using the SoC, the performance of playing games is definitely not in doubt. The games we tried on this device were PUBG Mobile and CoD Mobile. However, with a widescreen, the user must re-arrange the location of the virtual button for those who have large fingers.

For CoD Mobile itself, I can play very comfortably with Very High Graphics and Very High Frame Rate settings.

With the Oppo A9 20200 which has a 5000 mAh battery can last up to 32.2 more hours. This certainly makes OPPO A9 2020 also suitable for those who want to have a smartphone that can last more than one day. Of course, when used to play games, this smartphone might not last a day.

Verdict
A smartphone was launched again by OPPO, which really wants to dominate the Indonesian market with its devices. This time, OPPO is raising the A series by embedding various features and high performance, the same as the previous F series. The first degree to be appointed by OPPO is A9 2020.
By using Snapdragon 665 SoC, making the performance of this smartphone to be reckoned with. Moreover, by using HD resolution, makes the performance better in terms of graphics compared to Full HD resolution. Existing games can be played very well without lag, even at the highest settings. The phone is a beast for the price and the battery size of 5000mah.
