Lenovo has achieved significant progress in fostering diversity within its workforce. The report indicates that women hold 29% of Lenovo’s technical positions, a percentage that exceeds the industry norm and affirms the company’s dedication to diversity. Lenovo’s goal is to further this diversity by reaching 27% global representation of women in executive roles and incorporating 35% historically underrepresented talent in the U.S. by FY2025/26.
