Sennheiser has just released a significant update for its Smart Control app, bringing a host of new features to enhance the user experience for owners of the MOMENTUM and ACCENTUM true wireless earbuds.

Auracast Assistant: The app now features an Auracast assistant, allowing users to tap into the technology’s “one-to-many” broadcasts easily. This means you can effortlessly share music with friends or enjoy museum exhibits in your native language.

Find Your Buds: Worried about losing your earbuds? The new “Find headphones” feature allows you to track their last known location and even activate an audible signal to help you find them.

Enhanced Functionality: Besides these new features, the Smart Control app offers improved management of Auracast connections, making it easier to connect to Auracast streams from various devices.

The Auracast assistant feature is available in the newly launched Smart Control App, version 4.9.0 and higher. You can download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Auracast functionality is available on MOMENTUM True Wireless 4 and will be coming soon to ACCENTUM True Wireless via a firmware update. The “Find headphones” feature is available for MOMENTUM True Wireless 4, ACCENTUM True Wireless, and MOMENTUM Sport through Smart Control version 4.9.0 and higher. The Sennheiser Smart Control App is free for all users.
