OnePlus is gearing up for a busy hardware refresh this December, unveiling new details about two upcoming devices: the OnePlus Pad Go 2 and the brand-new OnePlus Watch Lite. The Pad Go 2 succeeds 2023’s budget-friendly OnePlus Pad Go, but arrives with some major upgrades — a far more capable chipset, a larger battery, an improved high-resolution display and a new productivity-focused Stylo accessory. Meanwhile, the Watch Lite aims to deliver essential smartwatch features and a premium viewing experience at an accessible price point.

OnePlus Pad Go 2: Big Performance, Bigger Battery and a Better Display

The headline upgrade on the OnePlus Pad Go 2 is its new MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra processor. Built on an advanced 4 nm architecture, the octa-core chipset promises stronger everyday performance and improved long-term efficiency compared to its predecessor. OnePlus says this hardware combination ensures consistently smooth operation for up to four years, backed by TÜV SÜD Fluency certification.

Powering all that performance is a huge 10,050mAh battery, paired with 33W SUPERVOOC charging. According to OnePlus, users can expect:

  • Up to 15 hours of video playback

  • Up to 53 hours of music playback

  • Up to 60 days on standby

The Pad Go 2 also supports reverse cable charging, letting the tablet double as an emergency power bank when your smartphone is running low.

A Display Built for Productivity and Entertainment

The tablet features a 12.1-inch IPS display with a crisp 284 PPI, 900 nits peak brightness (HBM) and 98% DCI-P3 colour coverage. The 7:5 aspect ratio, combined with an 88.5% screen-to-body ratio, creates a spacious workspace ideal for reading documents, editing content or streaming video without constantly zooming or adjusting layouts.

It also supports Dolby Vision, offering richer colours and enhanced dynamic range for supported movies and shows. For extended use, the panel carries TÜV Rheinland Intelligent Eye Care 4.0 certification, helping reduce strain during long study or work sessions.

The display is optimised for OnePlus’s Open Canvas multitasking interface, allowing users to run multiple apps side by side, switch windows on the fly and take full advantage of the large screen real estate.

Introducing the OnePlus Pad Go 2 Stylo

A major new addition this year is the OnePlus Pad Go 2 Stylo, the first stylus compatible with the Pad Go line. Designed for students, illustrators and note-takers, it focuses on accuracy, low latency and comfort. The Stylo also includes fast charging: a quick 10-minute top-up delivers around half a day’s use, making it a practical tool for lectures, brainstorming sessions or sketching on the go.

OnePlus Watch Lite: Bright, Comfortable and Ready for Everyday Fitness

Alongside the new tablet, OnePlus also teased features for the upcoming OnePlus Watch Lite. Built for all-day wear, the smartwatch packs a vivid 1.46-inch AMOLED display with exceptional clarity. Its standout spec is a peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits in Sports Mode, ensuring visibility even under direct sunlight — ideal for outdoor runners or cyclists.

Adding to its durability and practicality, the display uses Aqua Touch technology, which maintains full touch responsiveness even with wet hands. Whether you’re sweating through a workout or training in the rain, gestures and swipes should remain smooth and accurate.

While OnePlus hasn’t yet shared details about battery life or the full software experience, the Watch Lite is clearly positioned as a feature-rich but affordable wearable for everyday fitness tracking, notifications and quick on-wrist interactions.

OnePlus has confirmed that more information about the Pad Go 2, its Stylo accessory, and the Watch Lite will be revealed at the official launch event on 17th December.
