Oppo announces a new A-Series smartphone the A53

OPPO, today launches the A53, the latest phone in its A-series, with lightning speed and outstanding power-saving capabilities to suit consumers with an on-the-go lifestyle. The A53 will retail for £159 and will deliver entertainment capabilities beyond its entry-level price tag.

Boasting a blazingly fast 90Hz refresh rate, the OPPO A53 offers an immersive and smooth viewing experience with technology that rivals flagship phones and is perfect for multi-media usage including streaming and gaming. The A53’s 3D-curved iridescent wave design has an integrated curved body that’s also equipped with a 5000mAh battery and 18W fast charge to keep the phone running longer. What’s more, the A53 also packs Qualcomm’s latest octa-core processor, the Snapdragon 460.

As well as a large 6.5-inch HD+ screen, the A53 caps off the mobile entertainment experience with a pair of Super Dual Speakers. Combined with Dirac 2.0 – the state-of-the-art digital sound correction technology – the phone delivers a superior acoustic effect whether while gaming, listening to music or watching a film.

The A53 also includes an 18MP Front Camera for perfect selfies and a 13MP AI Triple Camera on the rear of the phone, including a 13MP main camera and a 2MP Depth camera & a 2MP Macro camera.

The OPPO A53 comes in four colours including Mint Cream and Electric Black. Options for the A53 include 4 GB Memory + 64 GB Storage.
