Acer has unveiled its first Copilot+ PC, the Swift 14 AI laptop, in collaboration with Microsoft and Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., marking a new era in AI-driven user experiences on Windows 11. This laptop features multiple models powered by Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus platforms, incorporating some of the world’s fastest NPUs for on-device AI processing. These advancements enable users to streamline tasks and manage complex workloads more effectively.

The Snapdragon X Series processors are designed for AI, making them some of the most powerful and efficient processors for Windows. The new Acer Swift 14 AI, powered by Snapdragon X Elite, boasts 12 high-performance CPU cores on a 4nm process node, an integrated Qualcomm Adreno GPU of 3.8 TFLOPS, and a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU capable of 45 TOPS. With up to 32 GB LPDDR5X-8533 memory and up to 1 TB NVMe PCIe Gen 4 SSD, the Swift 14 AI handles demanding multi-tasking workloads smoothly across productivity, creativity, and entertainment scenarios. The Swift 14 AI leverages powerful AI to enhance productivity, creativity, and communication experiences. Features like Recall allow users to easily find past content on their PC by describing memorable clues, and Live Captions with live translations provide real-time speech captions and translations from 44 languages into English. Cocreator enables users to co-create AI-generated images and texts, while Auto Super Resolution upscales game graphics in real time without sacrificing performance. Windows Studio Effects improve video call lighting and noise cancellation and offer artistic filters via Quick settings, allowing users to express themselves creatively during calls. The dedicated Copilot key provides easy access to the everyday AI companion.
