Built for Sustained Speeds

Hitting sequential reads of 7,100 MB/s and writes of 6,200 MB/s, the CS2341 easily surpasses Sony’s 5,500 MB/s requirement for internal PS5 expansion while dramatically cutting down load times and accelerating heavy file transfers on desktop rigs.

To combat thermal throttling during extended gaming sessions and large data transfers, PNY equipped the drive with a dedicated extruded aluminium heatsink out of the box. This passive cooling setup maintains optimal operating temperatures without needing aftermarket coolers, ensuring long-term reliability and stable throughput as game install footprints continue to climb.
