Spatial computing is heating up again, and XREAL’s latest bet is already gaining traction. The company announced that early reservations for the XREAL AURA have officially surpassed the 10,000-unit mark worldwide.
Built as optical see-through, wired XR glasses, the AURA is designed natively for the Android XR ecosystem. Backed by partnerships with Google and Qualcomm, the device pairs XREAL’s lightweight optical hardware with Google Gemini AI assistance and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Reality Elite platform.
