Xiaomi has overcome a new barrier and entered the top three in the global smartphone market, according to new estimates by Canalys, IDC, and Counterpoint.

According to Canalys, Xiaomi shipped over 47.1 million devices in Q3 2020, with a 13.5 percent market share and 45% annual growth.

IDC specialists and Counterpoint also announced Xiaomi’s entry in the top three in the global ranking. According to IDC, Xiaomi delivered 46.5 million units in Q3 2020, with a market share of 13.1% and an annual increase of 42 percent.

Counterpoint reported that Xiaomi delivered 46.2 million units and recorded a market share of 13% in Q3 2020. It is an increase of 75 percent compared to the previous quarter and the year-over-year growth is 46 percent.
